THE ISSUE: Highly regarded within India for managed network services, but not nearly as well known globally. Founder/CEO wanted a brand worthy of their Fortune 100 client list.
WRENCH: Biggest clients were unwilling to publicly share that Microland was the secret sauce to their infra-stability and security, stunting Microland’s ability to demonstrate credibility in the Automation, AI, digital infrastructure space.
PROCESS: 360-degree “listening tour,” to get to the heart of Microland, and understand what would resonate globally. The resulting 88-pg research report prepped the executive team for their 2-day brand strategy session.
SOLVE: Led a full brand repositioning campaign, launching with the tagline “Making Digital Happen”—reminding the world that digital lifestyles aren’t possible without secure, stable, and reliable infrastructure.
RESULTS: The campaign set off a series of key executive hires, new client wins, technology partnerships, a reinvigorated and engaged global staff, and heightened global status.
